Terms of Service.

By engaging Key Website Builders LLC for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with our services.

All projects operate on a 50% Initiation Deposit / 50% Pre-Launch Milestone payment structure. The initiation deposit is required before any engineering work begins. The final milestone payment is due upon client approval before launch. All payments are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone work has commenced.

Services are defined in the project proposal accepted by both parties. Requests outside the agreed scope are subject to a separate change order and additional investment. Key Website Builders LLC reserves the right to decline requests that conflict with our standards of excellence.

Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables including design assets, code, and content. Key Website Builders LLC retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Key Website Builders LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bartow County, Georgia.
